Ali grew up right here on the shores of Lake Michigan living in Holland and vacationing with her family just a couple lots north of the now Pier Cove Grove. Most of her childhood was spent competing in sports which later led to a blended educational journey in Anatomy & Medicine and Communications & Marketing. Quickly realizing a post-grad 9-5 desk job wasn’t for her, she pivoted to kick off her long relationship in professional fitness.
Ali received her first certification in fitness in 2011 from Yogaview as a 200 hour YA teacher and hasn’t stopped learning, teaching and educating others since that day. On top of numerous certifications, she has studied living anatomy through cadaver labs, biomechanical trainings, and deep work and application with 1:1 clients on injury prevention and rehab.
Sarcasm and laughter are her love languages and Ali never turns down an opportunity to offer a gait analysis or myofascial release late night after a glass of wine…. Or to jump in Lake Michigan in February.
After 14 years in Chicago, marriage, multiple pets and two kiddos later, the lake has called Ali and her family back home. The PCG is part of her DNA and she cannot wait to share the full story and her love of this land with you.

Stacy grew up in Indiana being outside, helping her family on the farm and playing sports throughout her collegiate career. Sports instilled in her a fierce competitive drive, and a passion for fitness, both of which have stuck with her to this day. Stacy played college basketball until graduating in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising. After some time in the interior design and retail world, she moved from New York City to Chicago and realized her true calling: health and fitness.
In between finishing multiple half-marathons, a triathlon, and the 2014 Chicago marathon, Stacy earned her NASM certification, and hasn’t slowed down. She has continued her education through Crossfit Level 1, Nutrition Coach, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and Strongfirst Kettlebell Certification. Stacy truly wants her clients and the people around her to succeed, and believes it’s important to feel change before you can see changes in your body.
Maggie Umberger has been a yoga teacher and strength coach since 2013. Although she now lives in Bend, Oregon, part of her heart will always be in Chicago and calls it home. When Maggie lived in Chicago, she taught at Bare Feet Power Yoga, The Space Between, Exhale, Yoga Six, and Crosstown Fitness. She keeps in touch with her community through online classes offered through MaggieUmberger.com.
Out in Oregon when she isn't coaching at Boss Sports Performance or teaching yoga at Groove Yoga, Maggie likes to ski, mountain bike, trail run and play outside as much as possible. Whenever she works with clients, both online and in-person, she hopes to help them tap into their unique potential, and fall in love over and over again with their own movement journey.
Maggie is a forever-student and an insatiable learner when it comes to the ways movement impacts our total health and well-being, too. Movement is her favorite language, and she aims to help folks find what works for them so they can do what they love and enjoy the process as much as anything else. Maggie also leads yoga and movement retreats around the world. Find out more about Maggie at her website here.
